Love Yourself workshop
A 4-week deep dive into radical self-love. Every Friday in February we will engage in a series of self-discovery, acceptance, body movement, breathwork, dance, art, journaling, sound healing and community sharing. We will create a safe container for all to be seen, heard, validated, accepted and loved. You will also be given tools and exercises to maintain your connection to oneself at home. At the end of each class there will be grounding snacks and sharing circle time. The most powerful gift you can give yourself and the world is Love.

Little Yodha's Class ages 6-10
This class is designed to help your child find their center, tap into their creativity and learn how to identify their emotions. Giving them tools to use at home for creating less anxiety and a more relaxed overall well-being. In class I teach EMF tapping, Breathwork, Art self-expression, Energy clearing and Grounding techniques. Each class is intuitively guided and designed based on class participants. No two classes are the same.

What are mindfulness classes?
Classes that are designed to connect you with your five senses, emotions and imagination. To help you identify anything that is causing discomfort by teaching techniques to balance them. By learning to acknowledge, accept and love all aspects of one's self is to truly find your peaceful self.
Can parents participate in class?
Yes and encouraged. All the tools I teach have had a major impact in my life. My childhood was messy. It created anxiety, poor self worth, stress management and more. Learning what I share has also dramatically helped my parenting abilities.
What is EFT?
Emotional Freedom Technique is a psychology backed technique that combines positive word phrases with tapping on energy meridians to help recalibrate your nervous system. EFT is a self-help technique that helps reduce stress, anxiety, muscle tension, nightmares, phobias and more. What is Reiki?
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy." Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. You are fully clothed under a blanket and hands mostly hover above. During a session you relax into a meditative state. Fully aware of what is happening but also deeply relaxed. A truly wonderful glowing experience you must receive to understand. Anyone of any religious faith can enjoy Reiki.
