A mother to 2 young boys, professional hairstylist and business owner for 25 years. After suffering from Postpartum Depression and a strained marriage,I embarked on my healing journey. I discovered a powerful force that lives within us all through counciling, meditation, art, yoga, sound healing and the power of gratitude.
About 2 years into my journey a huge shift happened in 2020. I was able to truly witness how transformational my inner healing had occured. Life stressors due to the pandemic, financial stress, my mother suffering 2 severe strokes rendering her speachless, a marriage in transition and other huge life shifting moments,I was able to navigate with grace and strength. I then realized that many others could benifit from these tools too. So I became a Reiki master and wellness coach so I could help others feel their best. Realizing how important it is for people of all age to regulate their nervous and belief system by using tools such as: breathwork, healthy ways to release emotions, art therapy, body movement, EFT tapping, meditation, yoga and creative writing.
My mission is to help guide those who need help unlocking their true happiness, releasing what no longer serves them, connecting to their intuition and creativity for a more fulfilling life. * I am fingerprint cleared and insured.
